Katie Maloney isn't pumping the brakes when it comes to her take on Scandoval.
Amid the fallout over Tom Sandoval—who dated Ariana Madix for nearly a decade until their split—and his affair with Raquel Leviss, their Vanderpump Rules co-star revealed she wasn't taken aback when the scandal first broke.
"I wasn't shocked," Katie said during the March 15 episode of Watch What Happens Live. "But the details were shocking."
And if you're wondering if Katie wasn't surprised by the affair itself or who was involved, Katie clarified that she simply "wasn't shocked that it was Raquel." (Prior to the Scandoval affair surfacing, there were also rumors of a hookup between Raquel and Katie's ex Tom Schwartz.)
As for how Ariana—who recently broke her silence on the ordeal—is doing amid the heartbreak?
"All things considered, she's in a good headspace," Katie shared. "She's taking care of herself. I saw her yesterday, and we're excited. She's excited."
Katie's candid take came just hours before Ariana opened up about the circumstances surrounding her split for the first time.
"I want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support I have received from friends, family, and people i've never even met in the last two weeks," she wrote in a March 16 Instagram post. "When I have felt like I couldn't even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours."
As Ariana put it, to say she's devastated "is an understatement."
"However, I know that I am not in this alone," she continued. "So many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels."
In the aftermath of the scandal, both Tom, 39, and Raquel, 28, have penned public apologies directed toward Ariana, 37.
"I want to apologize to Ariana," Tom wrote in part in his March 7 statement shared to social media. "I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."
One day after Tom posted his statement, Raquel also broke her silence on the situation.
"I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships," she wrote, in part, a March 8 Instagram statement. "There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."
Raquel also noted she's taking the time to focus on herself from here on out.
"I don't expect sympathy, understanding or forgiveness," she continued. "Right now, I must focus on my own health and well-being and as I strive to be a better person moving forward, I will prioritize my mental health and learn from my mistakes."
