Emmys 2024: Rita Ora and Eiza González Have Fashion Mishap With Twinning Red Carpet Looks

Rita Ora and Eiza González are proving that great minds think alike.
Indeed, the singers stepped out on the 2024 Emmys red carpet looking pretty in pink, as they both sported Tamara Ralph FW24 Couture pink gowns. (See every star who walked the red carpet here).
Rita, for her part, attended 76th Annual Emmys with husband Taika Waititi, and added her own flair to the look with a 1920s-inspired short and slick hairdo, paired with a feathered shawl. The “For You” singer attended the ceremony at Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Calif., to support her husband of two years—who is nominated as an executive producer for Reservation Dogs.
Meanwhile, Eiza—who stars in Netflix’s 3 Body Problem—wore the same gown with a deep plunge neckline along with the same feathered shawl as Rita. The 34-year-old, who opted for a more relaxed hairdo with grown-out bangs framing her face, explained that she and stylist Elizabeth Saltzman tried four to five options before landing on the design.
Fans were already taking notice of the correlating fashion moments, with one X user detailing their subtle differences adding, “I can’t help but love both."
Rita and Eiza may win for Most Outstanding Twinning Moment, but the duo will be at the edge of their seats for the results of television’s biggest night—and luckily they are not in competition with each other.
Although Rita is attending in support of Taika, his competition in the Outstanding Comedy Series category is fierce—as his show is competing against Abbott Elementary, Hacks, Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Bear, Palm Royale and Only Murders in the Building.
Meanwhile, Eiza’s Netflix show—in which she stars as Auggie Salazar—is up against hits like Shogun, Fallout, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Slow Horses, The Crown, The Gilded Age and The Morning Show for Outstanding Drama series. (See every winner so far here).
Rita and Eiza’s looks are so nice you’d love to see it twice, but keep reading for more of the best red carpet looks at the 2024 Emmys.
